With years of experiences in corporate and commercial law, Eric's legal expertise is complemented by his keen business sense, making him a valuable asset to any organisation seeking to navigate complex legal and business landscapes.

Eric has advised SC-licensed private equity fund managers, private equity firms, and Malaysian private companies on investment transactions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day legal operations.

He has acted as a legal consultant for two US Nasdaq-listed companies, handling high-level contract drafting, cross-border negotiations, risk management, and equity investment activities involving international business entities, investors, and bankers.

Eric has also successfully represented clients, including a Malaysian public listed company and several private companies, in securing significant tax reductions in capital gains tax (CGT) disputes with LHDN, and led the legal advisory for corporate transactions such as takeover exercises and capital-raising activities.
